The solar power plant MESOKOMO in the region of Langadas in North Greece was built on flat agricultural land and comissioned in November 2018. This project was the first JUWI owned project which successfully participated in the RES Auctions for FiT and successfully sold to the Hellenic Fund for Sustainable Development (ETVA).

 

Over 15,300 solar panels now generate 7.4 million kilowatt hours of clean electricity annually, succient to supply approximately 1,600 homes. The solar power plant also prevents the emission of 5,000 tons of CO2 per year.
